Case Study: Turnaround Through Unified Leadership
Challenge

The country Leadership Team of a global services faced declining financial performance. With accountability divided regionally rather than nationally, the 12-member Leadership Team operated in silos, jeopardizing the goal to double revenues within four years and become the company's #1 global market.

Approach

Our coaching team implemented a systemic transformation focused on unified leadership. We delivered team coaching for the full leadership team, executive coaching for the General Manager, and established a new team charter emphasizing national collaboration, shared accountability, and collective rewards. Key actions included a TeamConnect 360 assessment, a clear 4-year roadmap, restructured team meetings, and cultivation of an enterprise-focused "big hat" mindset.

Impact
  • 6 months: Complete business turnaround with renewed team vitality and confidence recognized globally

  • 9 months: The country division became a model for collective leadership across the enterprise

  • 12 months: Team confidently on track to achieve 4-year goal of doubling in size and becoming #1 market

enabled us to generate much higher business performance just in the last year alone.

Team members have broken out of a siloed regional mindset and are
